The midwife leads dance and movement classes and helps women maintain holistic health harmony and emotional balance using integrative medicine methods in her SPA office.

We — Midwives — we use our knowledge of women's health much more extensively in our daily work, offering complementary practical skills in aromatherapy, healthy eating, physical activities, body massages and breathing practices. This allows for the development of individually tailored recommendations and measures to promote overall health of the woman, mother and child.
