LTD "Heidelberg Materials Latvija Betons" supplies ready-mixed concrete for the buildings and infrastructure that form the foundation of a modern, sustainable society. We are experienced specialists in the field of concrete transportation and pumping.

LTD "" Heidelberg Materials Latvija Betons SIA offers its customers the following ready-mix concrete:

• Normal concrete C5/6, C8/10, C12/15, C16/20, C20/25, C25/30, C30/37, C35/45, C35/45, C40/50, C45/55, C50/60, C55/67, C60/75 with consistency from S1 to S5, frost resistance up to F300 and water resistance up to W16, external environmental exposure classes XC, XD, XS, XA, XF;
• Self-sealing concrete( self-compacting concrete) with strength class from C25/30 to C40/50 with emission class F6;
• Concrete for floors with strength class from C20/25 to C35/45 with consistency S4;
• Decorative concrete for exposed structures( walls, columns, etc) with strength class from C25/30 to C50/60, inclusive, it is possible to produce tinted decorative concrete;
• Concrete with winter additives up to -15°; C for temperature;
• Warm concrete in winter conditions;
• Fiber concrete mixtures with metal or polypropylene fibers.

Computerized control and certified quality at each production site

The concrete production process is computerized in all Heidelberg Materials Latvija Betons SIA production plants. All dosed materials and their quantities are recorded and stored; in case of uncertainty, it is possible to clarify the actual composition of the delivered concrete. All Heidelberg Materials Latvija Betons SIA production facilities are certified by AS "Inspecta Latvia", including, the quality management system is certified in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard and the occupational health and safety management system is certified in accordance with the requirements of the OHSAS18001 standard.
