What is SIA “IDĀRTO”??

LTD "IDĀRTO" is a psycho-emotional health center, whose operations are based on the belief that psychological well-being is one of the cornerstones of a fulfilling life.

Our mission is to promote psychological literacy and develop emotional self-help and self-care skills in society. We make psychology-based knowledge and practical tools accessible, understandable and usable in everyday life.

We pay special attention to people and groups of society who face increased psycho-emotional stress in the context of chronic illnesses, providing support based on professional knowledge and a humane approach.

Our services

We provide psychoeducation by offering educational materials, classes, physical and digital tools designed for self-discovery and the development of psychological literacy, as well as self-help and self-care skills.

If necessary, we provide psychological assistance - individual professional cooperation between the client and a psychologist, the aim of which is to provide support in emotional difficulties and jointly seek solutions suitable for a specific person.
