About us:

2014. the first Genetics Center in the Baltic States and Northern Europe was opened in Latvia in 2006 with a modern laboratory and extensive opportunities to perform various types of in-depth genetic testing. The Genetics Center is certified according to the European( ISO 9001: 2008) and the quality standards of the Republic of Latvia, including obtaining LATAK accreditation for compliance with the requirements of the ISO 15189 standard: 2013. We are leaders in the implementation of various innovative technologies, and all the services listed in our range of services are performed on site, in our laboratory, and you will receive a clear explanation and advice on each of the tests. Public funding is available for several tests.

• Doctor-geneticist consultations( professional assistance to patients with genetic diseases and reproductive disorders is provided by geneticists Dr. Liene Korneeva, Dr. Ieva Grīnfelde) ;

• In - depth genetic testing( . sk. infertile couples) : Preimplantation genetic testing of embryos at the chromosomal and gene level( PGT-A / PGS and PGT-M / PGD) ;

• Molecular genetic testing - Molecular testing of thrombophilia, determination of non-invasive fetal Rhesus factor in pregnant women, testing of fragile X chromosome, testing of Y chromosome( AZF factor), HLA-typing, KIR-typing, genetic examination of aborted pregnancy material, testing of inherited tumors, testing of inherited recessive diseases;
