About us:

Riga Art and Media Technical School was founded in 1989., is located on the west side of Riga. In the school, it is possible to acquire secondary education in specialized fields of design, art and craft. The offer includes a wide variety of professions to learn - modellers, designers, operators in various creative fields. The opportunity to acquire comprehensive practical work experience and specialize with knowledgeable educators for four years( after 12th grade - 2 years) . The main goal is to promote students' creative thinking and skills in the chosen field. The technical school is equipped with a sports complex, premises for the organization of events, a service hotel is available, as well as the opportunity to work in the school's theater studio, play basketball, volleyball, football and floorball, sing in a choir, dance in a dance group and get involved in student co-management. Preparatory courses are held every year for new students to help them get to know the school environment and its principles of operation.

School teachers also practice working with hearing-impaired young people to help them integrate into study groups. Students have the opportunity to participate in international projects to obtain an Education Society certificate after graduation.
