LTD "Surdovest" - the beginning of the surdological and vestibular rehabilitation center was created in the early nineties. Medical professor Osvalds Plepis, who at that time already had 40 years of medical practice, together with his son Dr. Aivars Plēpi opened a private practice. In his practice, the doctor uses both traditional and holistic or alternative treatment methods. Dr. Plēpis is a member of the Latvian Association of Holistic Medicine and Naturopathy.
