"Veselības sporta stacija" is an exercise studio that provides individual and group training: pilates on the mat and machines, yoga, back health, improving posture, postpartum exercise. Trainers assess the client's physical fitness and posture, advise and, in order to achieve the client's goals, also cooperate with specialists from other industries.
