Psychotherapist Ilona Zariņa's private practice in Cēsis provides psychological and emotional help. Psychotherapy, psychological help, overcoming difficulties. During psychotherapy, we work with problems that are deeply rooted and affect behavior, thinking, emotions and bodily reactions. During it, we explore our world, become aware of our internal conflicts and gradually, together with the therapist, look for solutions.
