We are certified surveyors with 10 years of experience working in the field of surveying. During these years, the experience gained while working in various surveying companies resulted in our own company SIA "Terra Modus" . Our work philosophy is based on simplifying the surveying process, involving only a certified specialist in all stages of work execution. Our goal is to work in a way that is understandable to the client, creating professional ties with the customer, so that the result of the work creates satisfaction for both the client and us as specialists. We guarantee the accuracy and quality of work execution in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

Our operating region is mainly Riga and the Riga region: Jurmala, Olaine, Salaspils, Ikšikile, Ogre, Sigulda, Adaži, Carnikava, Saulkrasti, Mārupe, Babite, Balaži, Ķekava, Inčukalns, Vangaži, Ulbroka, Stopiņi, etc.

But we also work in more remote regions: Jelgava, Tukums, Cēsis, Līgatne, Ķegums, Lielvārde, Baldone, etc.
